Why is there so many bosses who want to act as if they know everything and everything they say is always right? Even if the truth is right in front, they still will not accept it? I know one may argue that it would cost them the respects from their subordinates, but humans are not infallible and from times to times do make mistake, so it no big deal.
I guess some are 死鸭子嘴硬(which means dead duck with hard mouth - meaning even till dead, also will argue that one's right).
